Friday Marshal of the Day: Stephen du Bois

No Siege weapons, this is the first year at the site, and per the autocrats request there will be no Siegeweapons. A section of the field will be open for pickups at all times and changes per royal whim, of course.

9:00 Inspections and Authorizations    
10:00 Inspections and Authorizations We'll start off doing a series of 5 field battles to the last man.
Next will be 3, 30 minute res. bridge battles.we will use 1 possibly 2 bridges. Time will be checked at 10, 20, and 30 minute intervals. One point will be awarded for control of the center of the bridge.

Iron Griffin Legion vs the World. A couple of last man standing field battles. Children's Tourney - Fight for the honor and smiles of the young people of Northshield! Fighters must be sponsored by a child or teen, and the prizes are for the inspiring young person. If you are looking for a child to fight for or a fighter to fight for you, contact Meistari Katriona in Smith's Corner for help.

2 castle battles, attackers res. defenders don't. Winner is the side that defends the castle the longest.
2:00 Inspections Only Capture the Flag. Per last years Pennsic Allied Champions rules. This is a resurrection battle. In order to score points you must have both flags in your goal. Resurrections occur whenever a point is scored or every 3 minutes, the 3 minute Resurrection clock will be reset to zero if a point is scored. Battle will be scheduled for 1 hour.  
3:00 Marshal Point closes Last battle of the day will be a progressive resurrection battle. Each team will have a flag to defend, there are 3 res points, one near each team's flag and one in the center of the field. Victory conditions are to capture the other teams flag. Team's may not resurrect until they have controlled a res. point for 1 minute. This is a double elimination tourney consisting of a team of 1 Rapier fighter, 1 heavy fighter, and a herald. Heralds will introduce their fighters as they come onto the field for their bouts. Which will consist of alternating Rapier and Heavy rounds. If the team loses a combined two times, the team is eliminated from the tourney. If the Herald’s team makes it to the finals, they will face a bardic challenge. Upon successful completion of the Herald’s challenge, a minor miracle will be granted upon your fighter upon the field.

9:00 Inspections and Authorizations    
10:00 Inspections and Authorizations Atlantian speed tourney to get people going.
Bridge battles (2 single death to the last man, Last one 30 minute res) - bridge battle will consist of three bridges. The first two battles will be to the last man with the victor still standing. The 30 minute res battle will have flags at the middle of each bridge with time checks being done at 10 minutes intervals to see who holds the flags. The time checks will be a hold and then restarted from where you where at the time of the hold. Whoever has the most flags at the end of 30 minutes wins. controll of a flag shall be defined as a point where no enemies can touch the flag with their hands but you can with someone from your side. Weapons do not count. Guantlets also do not matter since we will not actually take the flags physcially.

Best of 5 field battles. Single death last man standing. First field battle will be single sword only.  
2:00 Inspections Continue Castel\bridge\field res battle (1.5 hour). Each side will have a res point at the mid point of the field. The field will be broken into three sections each with a flag in it. in the section on one end will be the castle the flag will be inside it and there will be only one enterance. In the middle section will be 2 bridges with a section between them having a flag and only enterable from the sides. The two bridges will also be the only connection from the castle section and the field section. The field section is the other end section and will have a flag positioned in the middle of it. This fight is one and a half hours long and will have time checks every 15 minutes to see who controls the flags. Their will be a general hold at each time check. To win a flag you must control the flag without any enemies being able to touch the flag with a hand while you can. Flags are not moveable. You also can only res from your res point. At the end of the battle if there is a tie both sides will res the dead troops and fight to the last man. With the victore being the side still standing.
