How Much Does Warriors and Warlords Cost?

What are the Site Fees?

• $20 Age 18+ (flat fee)
• $10 Age 5-17 (flat fee)
• $  3 Non-member Surcharge
• $50 Family Cap (total amount paid for an entire family)
• $30 Merchant Fee* (Electricity fee extra)

For your convenience, May 1 through June 1, you will be able to pay your site fee through ACCEPS using a credit card. However, there is no pre-reg for WW. You will still need to sign the site waiver when you arrive.

What is a Flat Fee?

In previous years, WW has had a sliding site fee based on day of arrival. This year, there is one cost for site fee no matter which day you arrive, for your entire stay.

When Can We Arrive?

The earliest you may arrive on site is Thursday, 9am. Due to the site being a city park, there is no early camping for any non-staff. Registered Merchants may arrive on Wednesday.

Can We Have Fires?

Fires must be in off-the-ground containers, such as braziers or portable fireplaces. No fire pits may be dug. Sump drains may be dug provided the sod is kept alive and replaced.
